Červeňák: Výprava do časů železničního vojska
Pardubice
leisure
Event description
Today's site of Červeňák, whose roots date back to the First Republic, was a closed military area that functioned as a unique training area for railway troops until more than thirty years ago. A number of buildings have been preserved to this day, which refer to the former glory of these places. Be it the military swimming pool where soldiers learned to swim, the bridge piers where annual bridge building training took place or other places of interest. During the tour, we will introduce and recall many of these forgotten landmarks.
