Event description
Every Thursday in July and August we practice in the grass at Příhrádek. You will have a pleasant morning stretch and strengthening of the body and relaxation at the end. In case of inclement weather, classes will be held in the granary building.
Holiday Yoga at Příhrádek is held in cooperation with Malaya Yoga and Meditation Centre Pardubice.
We start on July 2!
