Museum of Magic

The Magic Museum in Pardubice presents a private collection of magical props and equipment from around the world. Visitors can explore historical magician’s tools, illusion devices and exhibits used by pioneers of Czech magic.

The museum also features a gallery of vintage posters, programmes and photographs. Regular magic performances take place here as well.

Castle Pardubice

Pardubice Castle is also a great place to visit on a rainy day. Inside the castle you can explore several permanent exhibitions presenting the history of the city – from the Lords of Pardubice and the Pernštejn family to modern times.

One of the highlights is the exhibition S.K.L.E.M. – The World of Beauty, Lightness, Elegance and Magic, featuring remarkable works of Czech glass artists.

You can also climb the castle tower for a view of the city. The tower has 172 steps. A special interactive tour of the Civil Defence Shelter hidden in the castle ramparts can be arranged for children.

Aquacentrum Pardubice

Aquacentrum Pardubice is the largest water park in East Bohemia and offers a wide range of attractions for swimming, relaxation and family fun.

The complex includes 25 m and 50 m pools, an aqua zone with waterslides and water attractions, as well as a wellness area with saunas and spa facilities. A fitness centre is also available. In summer, visitors can enjoy the outdoor beach area with pools and playgrounds.
