Steps without violence: An afternoon for seniors full of information and experiences

The Statutory City of Pardubice invites seniors and the general public to a preventive event (K)roky bez Vi Vi Viilí (K)years without Violence, which will take place on Wednesday 17 June 2026 from 13:00 to 16:00 in Bubeníků sady. This is a traditional event that is organized annually and has long enjoyed great public interest.

The event is aimed at promoting the safety of seniors and preventing risky situations they may encounter in their daily lives. The programme will be designed not only to be educational, but also active, so that visitors can not only hear the information, but also try it out and experience it in practice.

Music will be provided throughout the event, a competition for small prizes and refreshments will also be available. In addition, each participant will receive a small treat in the form of a gift bag with practical items.

The aim of the event is to offer useful advice to seniors, introduce them to the services available and at the same time create a space for meeting, sharing experiences and spending a pleasant afternoon in a friendly atmosphere.
