Come and enjoy carnival with us in a different way! We are looking forward to Saturday, February 7 and it will be fun! And what will be on the program?

Enamel mask-brozh
We will make a copper brooch with enamel technique. The colours and designs are entirely up to you and you will take home an original brooch in the shape of a mask.

How to knit a jewel
In this workshop you will try unconventional work with textiles and create an original piece of jewellery with your own hands. You will learn simple techniques for knitting and weaving textiles and discover how to use soft fibres to create a striking accessory. The result will be a distinctive piece of jewellery that can complement a carnival costume or an everyday outfit.

Carnival of Forces
Carnival revelry is viewed from an unexpected angle-through the lens of physics. From the dancing and movement of puppets to the proliferation of sounds and smells, we'll discover the forces behind the frolics of Mardi Gras and put them to the test in a laboratory program.

Playful carnival lab
A family programme full of colour, experiments and creativity where children and adults alike will become little explorers. During 90 minutes we will have bubbles, colour transformations, "magic" experiments and an art workshop with the making of carnival hats decorated with roses.

Mardi Gras in the laboratory
Before Mardi Gras, try your hand at traditional mashing and create your own mask that glows in the dark. The program can be supplemented with chemistry experiments.

Spherical playground: When masks come alive
A playful program for children that introduces them to the tradition of Mardi Gras. We will have a doughnut hunt, rhymes, making scarves and making music together, which will turn into a merry carnival.
