Tanečně-pohybový maratón
For the third time you can look forward to a weekend series of dance and movement lessons for adults and parents with children.
Eight contemporary dance and movement workshops that develop dance technique, experience and the ability to "settle" into your own body in a distinctive way. You can build your own set from the lessons that interest you.
Specifically, the weekend will offer yoga for ages 3-6, a dance and movement workshop for ages 6-11, and classes for adults focusing on breath work, center of gravity and balance, the Feldenkrais Method, and the Flying Low technique. Saturday's Lessons with Jane, through the story of American actress, activist and trainer Jane Fonda, invites you to reflect on the crises of the contemporary world and of man himself. A follow-up Group Sharing led by a therapist offers a chance to treat the concerns the performance addresses.
