Beansmith’s bar takeover

As part of our 14th birthday celebrations, Ondřej from Beansmith’s Roastery will be taking over our bar for one afternoon.

He’ll be bringing:
2 espresso coffees
3 coffees brewed using the UFU method
- Nogales (decaf)
- and 2 differently fermented coffees from the La Salda farm in Guatemala. A more pronounced carbonic maceration with notes of sour cherries and rum, and a lighter natural champagne process with dominant notes of elderberry, sparkling wine, and white chocolate.
