This year's 9th annual fun and active afternoon with music and theatre performances will take place on 25 May 2025 in the large courtyard of the castle.

ČSOB Pojišt'ovna CHILDREN'S SUPER DAY
The next edition of the biggest and funniest CHILDREN'S SUPER DAY in Pardubice will take place on Saturday 31 May 2025 in the area of the Racecourse. You can look forward to a rich programme.

Airshow
Aviation Day is a permanent fixture in the calendar of European aviation days and its origins date back to 1991. This year's 33rd edition of the most beautiful air show will take place on 7 and 8 June 2025 at Pardubice Airport.
The programme is designed as a large-scale theatre on the ground and in the air, where famous war scenes and scenes from the history of aviation will take place. Among the performers are the best pilots and famous aircraft. Pyrotechnic effects, a multitude of ground equipment and soldiers in period uniforms complete the picture.
The audience at Aviatica 2025 will be shown a replica of the famous JK aircraft of the Blériot system, with which Eng. Jan Kašpar made a memorable flight from Pardubice to Prague on 13 May 1911.

Mirror of art
The spring part of the Pardubice Town Festival is a celebration of art, music, theatre, dance and the largest multi-genre festival of amateur culture in the region. This year's Mirror of Art will take place on 11 and 12 June 2025.

Sports Park Pardubice
A unique sports festival for young and old visitors - 9 days full of sport in the Park na Špici from 2 to 10 August 2025.
Sports for the whole family - this is the vision of the August event, which follows the successful project Olympic Park Pardubice 2016 and is visited by over 100,000 people every year.
The aim is to show not only children that sport is a great way to spend free time. In 2025, the popular Na Špici Park will be transformed into one big sports ground and dozens of Pardubice sports clubs presenting various sports will be presented on permanent and variable sports grounds. Children, for whom the park is mainly intended, will discover for themselves which sport is tailor-made for them.
Adults will then get the opportunity to try out activities that they have in their sights but have not yet had the chance to "touch" them more closely.
The programme of the Pardubice Sports Park is aimed primarily at children and suburban camps, but the organisers also intend to reach out to kindergartens and primary schools. This year, visitors can also use the already proven system of playing cards and, in addition to sporting experiences, it will also be possible to take away diplomas and medals for a certain number of completed stations.

Firing from the Pernstein cannons
Shooting from various types of firearms and a salute in honour of an important personality of Pardubice's history - this is what the traditional shooting at the Pernštejn cannons on the ramparts of Pardubice Castle will look like on 6 August 2025.
The impetus for the tradition was the opening of two replicas of the Pernštejn organ. The Pernštejn family in Pardubice had armaments for more than a thousand men. Their huge armoury also included an impressive artillery. In 1560, there were a total of 83 cannon barrels mounted on 39 rifles in the castle. The imposing artillery on the ramparts was probably primarily intended to show the power of the Lords of Pernštejn and their readiness to defend their vast property.

Friends fest
The 10th annual multi-genre festival will take place this year on 9 August 2025 at the Pardubice Racecourse. This event was born out of the activity of companies, associations and individuals who have a positive relationship with America and have long been engaged in business or cultural activities related to the USA. By a happy coincidence, the city of Pardubice became the place where all this intersected in time and space.
