What to do with the kids when it's ugly outside? Lumparium is the largest children's centre in Pardubice. There are two play areas for children up to 12 years old. There is a slide, toboggan, cable car and other attractions.

The Pardubice Museum exhibits a private collection of magic props from all over the world. There is an exhibition of magical tools, apparatus, props and illusions used by our ancestors and pioneers of Czech magic. There is also a gallery of old lithographic posters, magic programmes and photographs of magicians.

At Pardubice Castle you can take shelter from the rain in one of the permanent exhibitions. Let yourself be guided through the history of the town from the Lords of Pardubice, through the Pernštejn family to recent history. Admire the art of Czech art glassmakers, whose fascinating exhibits are made into a glass city in the S.K.L.E.M. - World of Beauty, Lightness, Elegance, Magic exhibition. Even in the rain, don't miss the view from the castle tower - just climb the 172 steps. A children's interactive tour of the civil defence shelter hidden in the castle ramparts called The Secret Shelter is available on request.

A natural environmental education area built in the middle of the city. It presents a wide range of activities, including participation in games, art activities and experiential education, not only for children.

Aquacentrum in Pardubice offers maximum comfort and enjoyment for all lovers of swimming, bathing, sauna and all water fun and is the largest aquapark in East Bohemia. The complex offers a modern 25m and 50m swimming pool, an aquazone with a 34m long triple slide, a 102m long water slide and a climbing wall. In the wellness area you can visit the fine sauna, snow chamber, salt and Turkish bath. There is also a fitness with a functional, cardio and machine zone. In good weather, the summer beach is open with a multi-purpose pool, children's pool, paddling pool and playground for children.
