EU citizens
The cizizens of these countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. Similar rights also apply for citizens of Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland, and to nationals of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Third countries
The third countries citizens are citizens of countries who are not members of the EU and also not the citizens of Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland, nor their family members.
