The Green Gate Invites You to Enjoy Summer Sunsets! Evening Views Will Bring Pardubice to Life During the Summer Vacation

Summer is here, and with it, one of the most beautiful experiences Pardubice has to offer returns to the Green Gate’s observation deck—a view of the city bathed in evening light. Throughout July and August, the popular “Sunsets at the Green Gate” series will take place: Every Friday and Saturday, weather permitting, the tower will be open from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., so you can enjoy the early evening atmosphere and watch as Pardubice’s historic center is bathed in shades of gold and orange.
The romance of summer evenings, the warm air, and a view that’s unrivaled in Pardubice—all of this attracts not only tourists but also locals year after year, who know full well that watching the sunset from the tower’s observation deck is simply something special.

And if you haven’t had a chance to visit the Green Gate yet, the summer holidays are the perfect opportunity. The gate is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (lunch break 12:00 p.m.–1:00 p.m.). On Friday and Saturday evenings, opening hours are extended until 10:00 PM.
